If we care for ourselves and our loved ones we must always remember how important and absolutely essential water is for us. Its recommended daily dose is 1.5 litre per person. Just 3% water loss in our body and we feel tired, dizzy and suffer from functional disorders. In high temperatures we may lose as much as half a litre of water in one hour.
