HACCP is a unique program for ensuring food safety applied to detect any possible problems early in the production process and eliminate them before they negatively influence product quality.  The system helps to identify potential hazards and eliminate them at the earliest possible stage.

In the sector of 5-gallon water coolers, Eden Springs was the first company to introduce that system of strict control in its Kotuń and Krzeszowice bottling plants. As a result of all the pioneering initiatives of Eden, the company became a co-author of the standards applied in Polish food industry.


NSF (National Sanitary Foundation)

Eden Springs is the first among 5-gallon system suppliers that achieved positive results during  of the inspection carried on by NSF International, a nonprofit organization established to promote top quality standards in food industry.

NSF was founded in the USA in the 1940-ties, then became an international organization with the European branch headquarters in Brussels. NSF International closely cooperates with IBWA and its European counterpart, EBWA (European Bottled Watercooler Association).

NSF precisely defines all the measures that must be taken to obtain proper quality of water. It also determines hygiene standards to be met by water-dispensing equipment, materials to be used, protection against infection, equipment repair and sanitizing procedures at the customer's.
